How do I change plans?

Use the dashboard billing/checkout flow. Checkout is handled by Stripe.

What am I billed for?

You subscribe to a monthly plan (Free, Starter, or Pro). Plans define connection, message, channel, and bandwidth limits. Monitor usage in the dashboard.

What happens if I hit a limit?

Traffic may be rate limited or rejected (for example HTTP 429 on REST, or a rate-limit error on the Socket). Reduce usage or upgrade.

Taxes

Checkout shows amounts in the dashboard. Confirm tax handling for your region at payment time.
